002: Creating Stocklog+ Shortcut
Stocklog+ allows you to move your folder anywhere you wish: local drive, network share, synchronized folder, USB Key, etc. With this flexibility, you need to create a shortcut to where ever you have decided the stocklog folder is to reside. In this example, it is placed directly on the C: drive, however, it could easily be a subfolder within another folder, i.e. C:\Program Files\stocklog and work perfectly fine.
To create the shortcut, scroll down within the stocklog directory until you find stocklog.exe:
Right-Click and select Create Shortcut:
You should immediately see the shortcut under stocklog.exe:
Right-Click --> CUT --> Find an empty spot anywhere on your desktop --> Right-Click --> PASTE
Right-Click --> RENAME --> Rename to Stocklog+
